What the site is for
The site gives information about land for sale and lease, property to let, and our property consultancy, and lets you contact us about them. Nothing on the site is an offer that you can accept to form a contract. A sale, lease or letting is only agreed when both sides sign a written agreement.
Listings, prices and title status
- We show the price, size and title status we hold on record for each plot or property, and we update them when they change. Availability can change between your visit and our reply.
- Payment plan totals are the totals for that plan on the date shown. The signed sale agreement sets the final price and terms.
- Sizes and boundaries on the site are for guidance. The survey plan and the beacons on the ground are what count.
- Before you commit, you should run your own checks with your own advocate. Our land due diligence page lists them.
Payments
Where you may pay is set out in our payment notice, shown at the foot of every page. Read it before you send any money. The site itself does not take payments.
Estimates and exchange rates
- Monthly mortgage figures are estimates from the lender rate printed beside them. They are not a loan offer and we do not arrange loans. Your bank decides what it will lend.
- US dollar and pound sterling figures are indicative, from the Central Bank of Kenya indicative rate, and are for guidance only. Prices are set and paid in Kenya shillings.

Requests you send us
When you send a form you confirm that the details are yours, or that you have permission to share them, and that they are accurate. A reservation request does not hold a plot until we confirm the reservation in writing. Using the site properly
You must not misuse the site, including by sending false requests, trying to get into parts of it you are not meant to reach, interfering with how it works, or copying listings in bulk. Content and trade marks
The text, photos, plans and logo on the site belong to Equitable Homes Real Estate Limited or the people who licensed them to us. You may view and share pages for your own use. You may not reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Links to other services
Links to WhatsApp, maps, government portals and other sites are for convenience. Those services have their own terms and we do not control them.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions. We are not responsible for loss that comes from relying on the site alone without the checks a buyer or tenant would normally make. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have that the law, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2012, does not allow us to limit.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. We will try to settle any dispute with you directly first. Disputes that cannot be settled go to the courts of Kenya, with disputes over land before the Environment and Land Court.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change, and the version on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
